Wall of Progression Update 28/07/2013

It's hard to believe another 2 weeks has gone by. I don't feel like I have done much, at least not enough to warrant another update but never mind that. There are some changes so it might as well be done.

Vegetables Still Life

Emulating the Style you want to be able to do

Whenever people like something that someone does whether it is dressing a certain way, behaving in a certain way or draw with a certain style, they tend to copy what that person does. If they like the way someone dresses they wear similar clothes, if they think someone has a great way of living life they try to live that way themselves and if they like the way someone draws they will copy their drawings and try to draw their own things in that style.

What's this blog about?

This blog is all about tracking my progress as I try to become better at drawing, painting and other art related things. The main type of drawing I would like to become better at is comic book style drawings because they look awesome to me but that will not be my sole focus.

I have always enjoyed drawing with sketching being my forte and I have always wanted to be better at painting and including colour into my images. I am not a complete novice but my skill level has plateaued since I draw infrequently these days.
